I met a French foreign exchange student today, and his name is Hugo~
I didn't talk to him much; actually, I just shook hands with him and said nice to meet you...
He's Matt's erm, hostee, so maybe I'll see him a little more...somehow. I feel bad that I won't (probably) be able to recognize him, since he had a hat on when I met him, and I'm terrible with face-to-name things after only one meeting--
LOL. *Flashback*
[Matt, referring to Hugo's outfit in the cold morning; he was dressed warmly :) ]
"Man, he's got a hat, and gloves, and a scarf. He came prepared. It's like he knew it was coming!"
[Me]
"We live here. We should be better prepared!"
Okay, Bro says I should call Hugo Matt's "fosterling", so yeah.
Hehehe...when Matt introduced me to him, we were in the subway after a train had just passed, and I thought he said his name was "Cito" (see-toe). xD
Found 6¢ again!! ¡Otra vez!
I went to see the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra today, and that was a bit of an adventure in of itself. DANG IT!!! They were only here for a day, and I didn't have a camera to use on me...Now they're going back to China...
Hmmm...me and Ise-chan went and got pizza, and used our ("her") school-girly charms to get a nice deal on pizza again; the guy told us it's cheaper if we got a large, which it was, and we saved $2, but then, calculating way afterwards, we wondered if he had even charged us for the two bottles of water we also ordered (1.50 each)...I don't think he did. :) Gracias, Señor!
We ate the pizza on the train, and once we got off, I had no idea where to go, since GoogleMaps' pictures show the city in the daytime. After a little bit of confuzzled wandering, I just asked a gentleman the way to the cultural center. He pointed us in the right direction, and we got there with time to spare.
We ate on a cow. 8D
All for now, I'll post more later...maybe.
I want tea--milk tea~
