One Hand Bicep Wraps

I just looked up something...oh yeah. How to do a fountain (glowstick-wise). And I got to Glowsticking.com...and I started looking up totally random moves. I found a tutorial on how to do one handed bicep wraps, and I was like "WHOA!!"

This guy is always doing one-handed stuff in GS club, and I recognized the move right away. I actually think I tried it once or twice when afterschool waiting for bro and the drama peoplez...I'm proud of myself, because the guy in the tutorial said not to be disappointed if we didn't get it in, like, 15 minutes. He took 3 months or so. I practiced, and I almost have it close to right after about an hour of practicing...

I need to get better at it!!

I also found vids on STRAIGHT JACKETS, and I was like:

Smiley

It was freakin' amazin'!!! You do some regular stringing stuff, then you somehow flip your arms or something and end up with folded arms, and YOU'RE STILL SPINNING THE STIX!!!! O∆o

My mind was BLOWN. So, naturally, I started practicing (even though I have a routine to be working one...and homework). I can't get inversions, so so far it's a no-go~

Meh. PRACTICE makes perfect, nothing else.

I LOVE this song soooooo much!!!!! (^-^)

You know how in my Vocaloid SpazSearch I found what I believed to be that one song I'd heard a long time ago??? Well, I found several other versions, not all Vocaloids, I don't think, and my faves are this one by Kushi, and I think this Choucho girl (I do not know either of them), and this Nico Nico Chorus one, with like 8 vocalists (+1).

Kushi:

I'm not sure if she's an actual person, but she sure sounds like it. Such a pretty voice~ >///<

I was sure that I heard the last spoken line in the beginning as "I'm glad I loved you" or something close, but GoogleTranslate says otherwise...Meh. I hear I shouldn't trust GoogleTranslate and online translators so much...

Choucho:

Another beautiful voice. If these girls are actually programs, then Nihon has come a LOOONG way. (Japan)

And finally, the version I've been listening to nonstop, Nico Nico Chorus. I do not know any of the vocalists, save for Miku:

I'm in Japanese-Sound heaven right now~.

OH! I have a thing I'm gonna do: post some funny stuff I wrote a while back. I might continue; but I'm not sure.

OMFGG THAT'S SO COOL!!! I'm--was listening to Choucho when I started the Nico Nico Chorus, and it blended real nice~

Aaah. I was gonna try to rematch-up the two vids to get the same effect, but without looking at the time difference, it's just a fluke. Guess I can't get it~

Maa nee~

BlahBlahs for 2/24

I met a French foreign exchange student today, and his name is Hugo~

I didn't talk to him much; actually, I just shook hands with him and said nice to meet you...

He's Matt's erm, hostee, so maybe I'll see him a little more...somehow. I feel bad that I won't (probably) be able to recognize him, since he had a hat on when I met him, and I'm terrible with face-to-name things after only one meeting--

LOL. *Flashback*

[Matt, referring to Hugo's outfit in the cold morning; he was dressed warmly :) ]

"Man, he's got a hat, and gloves, and a scarf. He came prepared. It's like he knew it was coming!"

[Me]

"We live here. We should be better prepared!"

Okay, Bro says I should call Hugo Matt's "fosterling", so yeah.

Hehehe...when Matt introduced me to him, we were in the subway after a train had just passed, and I thought he said his name was "Cito" (see-toe). xD

Found 6¢ again!! ¡Otra vez!

I went to see the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra today, and that was a bit of an adventure in of itself. DANG IT!!! They were only here for a day, and I didn't have a camera to use on me...Now they're going back to China...

Hmmm...me and Ise-chan went and got pizza, and used our ("her") school-girly charms to get a nice deal on pizza again; the guy told us it's cheaper if we got a large, which it was, and we saved $2, but then, calculating way afterwards, we wondered if he had even charged us for the two bottles of water we also ordered (1.50 each)...I don't think he did. :) Gracias, Señor!

We ate the pizza on the train, and once we got off, I had no idea where to go, since GoogleMaps' pictures show the city in the daytime. After a little bit of confuzzled wandering, I just asked a gentleman the way to the cultural center. He pointed us in the right direction, and we got there with time to spare.

We ate on a cow. 8D

All for now, I'll post more later...maybe.

I want tea--milk tea~

Milk Tea and...Um...

I don't like tea. It's too plain and bitter and watery. BUT! I found out I like it with honey and milk in it. I like milk tea. :)

I was hungry after school, in that "I just want something in my mouth" kinda of craving state, and I went about the kitchen, eying all the snacks and beverages we had...

Chocolate PopTart.
Hershey's Chocolate syrup (to be used with milk)
Ovaltine (to be used with milk)
Granola (contains chocolate chunks)

I'd already gone through some Fruit by the Foot...and I was wondering about strawberry tea when I saw the oolong. I know I prefer my bitter water-based drinks with cream/milk (hot cocoa), so I added milk and honey to my drink. Imma try something different tomorrow morning, if I get up early enough.

Ummm...Found 6¢...

I forget a lot of stuff I wanted to go over...hmmm...

History was GREAT! A lot of ideas came from the talk about Napoleon and such...

Aaahm....I don't know! >.< Se me olvido mucho...

BACCHIKOI!!!

I should sleep....

Ash Wednesday and the Universe and Me

Today's the day. Ash Wednesday. I learned about the whole "black mark" on the forehead yesterday, and today I see it on many a person. Why didn't I notice it last year???

Today the French classes got their foreign exchange students. My...pal said he's gonna call his "Frenchy". This Frenchman in my lit class is getting TWO--a 15-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl. Hmmm...do I detect a possible (cliché) romance??? xD

JK. Although, anything is possible.

Hmmm...I missed breakfast again. But Henuri-ri (codename) was nice and gave me some chips after I bugged him a bit, then we had a convo about me being a stalker.

Basically, after P.E., I went to my next class and saw Henri-ri at a vending machine, pulling out a dollar to feed it. I bounced up and said "Oo, is that for me~, because I didn't have breakfast?" He said "Noo~. Me neither. Want some?" I said sure, which I think may have been too nonchalant, like I DIDN'T want some.

Those were the best chips EVER.

He asked me where I was headed next, and I told him Orchestra. He said my teacher was gonna be mad since I was late, but as I often say as an excuse of sorts, I'm always late (therefore I am on time). I asked him if he wasn't supposed to be in Physics right then, and he said yeah--before asking how I knew that.

Afterwards, I explained how I'd see him in the morning, and how he'd crowd around a certain board with other physics students, and how I'd notice his bag in the classroom.

"Staaallkerrrrrr..."

"Not stalker, perceptive."

I didn't have any chocolate today, and unexpectedly yet not surprisingly the universe rigged some traps for me:
  1. Lessee...having missed breakfast, a quick-fix was snagging a PopTart and eating it en route to school. HOWEVER! We only have chocolate fudge PopTarts.
  2. At lunch, my lunch buddy Su (codename) offered all present part of her Cookies 'n' Creme Hershey's bar. I had to resist. Only the weak would hide behind the excuse that white chocolate isn't really chocolate due to the lack of cocoa. Besides, the oreo bits had chocolate of some sort.
  3. After school, Ise-chan told me how she had to make it through the day without eating anything at all. Her religion dictates that the first day of Lent there is NO eating whatsoever, and after that you can't eat too much. A friend of hers offered her food--which she could not eat. She was going to give it to me--but it was chocolate.
LOL. This is how the universe treats me on my very first day. Although it might be too early for me to be liable to crack, eh? This Friday, however, may be another story. (Darn bleeding hearts...)

*Considerable time passes*

Yep. Just got the email. We're making--WTF YOU COME FROM, KAITO?!!?!

Sorry. I'm listening to random Mothy songs, and Miku was singing when Kaito comes outta nowhere...

Anyway, we're making the bleeding heart cupcakes, and I won't be able to eat them~

QUOTES!!
"Stupid work ethic! Why can't I be lazy...?!"
"It's not a habit, I'm just neurotic that way."
 Tired~I should go to sleep...

Ah! 11¢ richer~

[Random] Journal Entry XXII

Mmmm~ More delicious cookie :)

And listening to Musix Box version of "Meltdown"~ So chill right now.

So, tomorrow, I will not have chocolate or anything with cocoa in it. Let's see if I can last till...April 7?

My friend says she has till 6pm tomorrow, after the church service, but I am not extremely religious, nor do I practice a religion seriously...so I just won't have ANYTHING chocolate starting tomorrow morning.

Darn. I should drink my fill of Ovaltine, then, eh?

Should do: English, orchestra, math (maybe)

BRS, Lent, and Yumzy Cookies~

O
M
F
G
G

THIS COOKIE IS AMAZING!!!!!

MY mom just baked some butter-something sugar cookies, and they're supposed to be like the ones from the store except better b'cuz it's homemade and natural-er, and they are DELICIOUS!!!

I can only have one since theyre so big~

I'm planning on giving up chocolate for Lent. I'm gonna have to last 46 or so days without chocolate items or anything with chocolate or cocoa in any form...gonna be tough. I'm not even gonna use those 6 Sundays that don't count as part of Lent as an excuse to eat.

It'll be a display of my willpower. :)

Think I can do it?

In Pastry Club this week, we're supposed to be making "Bleeding Hearts" or "Molten Chocolate Cupcakes", which is sucky timing 'cuz I won't be able to eat zem...

Mom said "Oh, you know I'm gonna be making something chocolate in the next 46 days."

Meh. I'm actually much stronger than I seem.

I don't know if I can still do it, but when I was a likkle likkle kid my bro and I did something, and I think it went something like we either gave up TV or sweets, and Bro chose TV while I chose sweets (LOL, shows our personalities a bit)--

or wait. Was that a different punishment? O.o

Anyway, this one punishment was that I couldn't eat sweets until Dad forgot why I couldn't eat sweets. That was terrible, 'cuz Dad doesn't forget easy. I think I didn't eat sweets for a few MONTHS.

So, I think I can do 46 days without chocolate. I mean, I can eat other sweet stuffs~ Like mochiko!!! I wanna make that at Pastry Club too. And I wanna eat these delish cookies~

REMEMBER: Lent starts Wednesday, February 22!!

OK. I've spazzed enough. I wanna watch the "Black Rock Shooter" OVA for the second time; 50-min. long!!!

You can watch it too, but it might take a while to load:

Best in full screen~

Toodle-loo!!

Vocaloid SpazSearch

Aaaaah!! I just spent a good 30-45 minutes looking for this one really pretty and sad song by a Vocaloid which I had forgotten the name of, and the only thing I had to go on was the memory of a comment, and a faint memory of the possible web-trail I followed to get to that one video on Youtube. There are SOOOOOOO many songs out there, and I was like, I think it was a music box song, and then I started researching Kagamine songs and watching random videos...

And then I remembered that some videos have the same recommended videos each time you watch them, so I started watching things like the music box version of Rin's "Meltdown" and I followed the trail of gigabyte breadcrumbs...

Meltdown, so pretty....

I was exposed to "Prisoner" and "Paper Plane" by the twins too..

I foundz da song!!! I think. I'm sure. I saw the pic on youtube after watching that vid above, and I was like "OMFGG that's it!!!" *click*

I need to watch the actual vocal ver. now....

Music/x Box Ver:
"When Love Ends for the First Time"

....I think I found it.

IT MIGHT NOT ME THE SAME SONG!!!!! NONNNNNNNNN!!!!

Yes. French "no."

It's (the song) not having the same effect on me as when I first heard it...I don't think. I feel like it seems too happy to be the same song. And I still haven't found the comment that I believed to be the clue to the song.....*confused* @ - @

kurukurukurukuru...

But these songs are pretty... but you know, I've prob tricked myself into believing wholeheartedly that this is indeed the song, when I don't even know anymore...*sob*

Here's Hatsune Miku's ver:

Rin:

*Sigh*. This might not even be the song....but I don't have any more leads...and it's getting too late to start remembering or to keep looking.

PONPON WAY WAY WAY PONPON WAY PON WAY PONPON Post !))

Yessir. This is my 100th post. (     º ∆ º     )

*le GASP!*

'Tis true~ I have nothing too fun to talk about, except for...something...OH! I had an adventure on the subway yesterday~

Namely, I didn't realize that there were two stops of the same name on the line, and me and my brother jumped on and rode it in the wrong direction. We ended up the polar opposite of where we shoulda been.

Meh. We just jumped on and rode it back---THE REDUCED FARE CARDS TOTALLY WORK ON WEEKENDS, SUBWAY ATTENDANT!!!!

Oh, before we got on the train, we had "practice" at school for the show....it was practice, but it's such a fun time I don't consider it practice... I learned I have to do 2 fountains into a weave into 2 different stalls into a spiral into an anti-spin.....more blahs of cool GS moves I gotta learn. K-man, it looks difficult~.

Oh, the absolute highlight of my day there was when we got a hold of the flags for the Chinese flag dance; they weren't practicing, and Bro started this thing when we all scream "FOR NARNIA!!!!!!" and then do something. We decided, in the end and several plans later, to go three-on-three, red versus yellow, and  run down the hall/whateveritis. I say "whateveritis" because it was a narrower passageway of sorts that lead from one side of the floor to the other.

It's like: a☐==☐b

Anyway, I suggested that in the middle we do a samurai-showdown-style slash thing, and we all agreed.

We, the yellow flags, screamed, "FOR NARNIAAAA!!!" and charged while the red flags yelled "FOR ASIANS!!!" and ran. We were relatively far apart, so it must have been a sight. xD

When we met, we all slashed and some of us fell. I decided to "die", but bro and this other guy (James) fought it out while this glowsticker Anthoney secretly massacred everyone around us. In the end, James and Anthoney won...Good times.

And that's all the fun stuff from yesterday. For today, how about a special treat?

I've been spazzing out on Vocaloid  and random Japanese stuff again. Here's what I was up to:

First OFF (not "of," like on Bake. Build. Blog.--oopsie, free publicity~ *wink*), "Monochrome Dream Eater Baku", or "Yume Kui Shirokuro Baku":

(Two Ver.)

and

I ♥ Len so much~ Him and his sister, especially when the creators actually make them sound human.

Speaking of the Twins, I just learned about Lenka and Rinto Kagamine today too... That's the danger with the Internet; one thin leads to another if you're not careful.

Idea! Let's play a Web-Association game! Today, I went:

BLOGGER : GOOGLE TRANSLATE

Hm. That was fun.

MOVING ON!

"World is Mine"  by Hatsune Miku, although I did not like this version all too much...

OH MAN. DARK WOODS CIRCUS IS SOME SCARY STUFF. But I loves it anyway~ the music and vid come together nicely. Then you learn that it's all based on true events... *sob* I hate that.

Dark Woods Circus:

Then I watched the prequel, "Wide Knowledge of the Late: Madness"

Wait, that's backwards~

And then...I got on something my pal Adam said he'd send me...which he never did, btw. But Rin was singing it after my dark "Dark Woods Circus" vids, and then Len ('cuz he sounded better), and then...yeah. addicted.

PONPON WAYWAYWAY PONPON WAY PON  WAY PONPON!!!!

"PONPONPON" by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. with various covers, particularly Vocaloids~

Original:

...

¬ _ ¬

I have nothing to say about this video. At least, nothing that can be properly expressed in words. I love the song, but the way the video was pulled off...I said when I saw it "She's an Idol..." IDK if that's the proper term though...

LEN VER~!!!!

Once again,

I
LEN.

"Everyday PON~Every time is PON~Merry-go-round noritai no~Everyday PON~Every time is PON~Tabun sonnan ja dame desho--PONPON WAY WAY WAY PONPON WAY PON WAY PONPON!! WAY WAY PONPONPON WAYWAY PON WAY PON WAY WAY!!"

FuuuuuN~

Erm. Herpe derp~ I think I'm done here. :)

Blahblahs for 2/17

Ugh. Just got done practicing viola for more than 2 hours STRAIGHT. Result: a stiff right hand, a pain in the left shoulder, and a feeling of accomplishment after playing "Napoleon's Retreat" all the way through several times~.

There's always a good side.

Here's a quote of the day: "Usually, on St. Patrick's Day I miss school and dance in bars."

XD I'll let your imagination play around with that for a bit...keep in mind that my friends and I are all underage~

That quote of the day reminded me of a quote of two days ago:

"(...), then that's just a risk we're gonna have to take."

*le GASP!*

That is a cliché statement I never thought I'd hear in real life. And it came from some science teacher....

I just thought that it was cool. The moment...it was just worthy of a "le GASP." But I guess you had to be there. Or have my strange mind. :)

...ummm.....to random Anime!!!

[Random] Journal Entry XXI

Found 10¢ today~

Felt smart at least twice earlier; I figured out how to do some tough math problems. :)

I also ate some yummy coconut macaroons, molten chocolate cake, and almost had an adverse allergic reaction to some walnuts in some banana bread...Ehehehe... Yeah....might've almost died. But it was okay, after I ate random school lunch to fight off the reaction (yes, it was that bad). I don't know what happened after I ate it, though; my stomach started hurting. :(

CHOCOLATE MADE IT ALL BETTER!!

I have been getting chat invites from random people I don't know recently...I mean I don't even know how they got MY email...

*IGNORE*

Sorry, but you should at least email me first so I know who in the bloody devil you are.

[Random] (And Short) Journal Entry XX (!!!!)

Mmmmm.....

IDK

Nothing to report...? OH I HAD THE BEST MULTI-COLORED CUPCAKE EVAH!!!!!!

It was so moist on the inside, especially in the middle~ It was delicious!!!

Thank you, Girl Who Shares My Last Name!!!

Oh, and I found 10¢ as I left school. Altho I suppose it could have been mine....somehow. :P

Oh, right. We did skits in History to educate our sub on the French Revolution. My group had sect. 3, which was mainly Napoleon. However, there were 8 of us and one actual person to talk about, Napoleon. One guy was playing [theRedBrickGame (aka Rush Hour)] on his phone, another was doing Math homework, a the guy behind me was starting Mandarin while asking every now and again what he had to do, two BFFs were chatting in the corner, "Napoleon" was half trying to understand, half trying to organize us, I was rereading the section, which was the only section I didn't read, and the last guy was demanding that I be the person who always exiled Napoleon and sit on the girl who was Napoleon.

After several fits of nonstop frustration and confusion (we had 15 minutes to get our skits done and ready), I was dubbed narrator 'cuz I "knew what was going on", "Napoleon" was Napoleon, phone guy was Russia, Mandarin guy (who at least tried to get what he had to do earlier) was Britain ("Wait...why am I an entire country? What does Britain do?"), math guy was the Church, guy telling all to sit on "Napoleon" was indeed the Exiler, BFF 1 was "Codification of Law"/ Napoleonic Code and BFF 2 was Nationalism.

It went something like this:

"In 1769 Napoleon was born [ding!]. He had many military accomplishments, and in 1799 he overthrew the government with a coup d'état, then made himself consul for life and later Emperor. He made friends with the Church [Church and Napoleon shake hands; Church is done :)], and created the Codification of Law [ding!]. The two things that helped lead to Napoleon's defeat were Nationalism [ding!] and Britain [*waves*]. There was some fighting in Russia, [Russia fights himself], and Napoleon was defeated, leading to his Exile [Napoleon goes over, Russia pushes (her) out; Exiler pushes Napoleon away]. Then Napoleon came back to power and was defeated by Britain and Prussia [Napoleon returns, Britain pushes away], leading to him getting exiled for the last time [Exiler pushes Napoleon away]. The End."

Hey, "Townspeople" (BFFs) wanted me to make it quick as narrator, so I did. :) A 6-7 page section in less than 3 minutes.

[Random] Journal Entry XIX

*spaz of excitement*

YAAAAAAAAY!!!~~

Hmmm, yeah. REAL Happy and excited and stuff.

I practiced my viola (so happy I actually had legit before-ten-o-clock time to practice) tonight~. But, as I noticed after my classmate played for a bit, my A-string was terribly outta tune. I took it out of its case, and luckily I had a piano to compare it with, 'cuz I played G, D, and A to see if my instrument was anywhere near in tune. Almost everything was OK except for A-string.

Now, last time I tried to fix my G-string (lol; fun to laugh at) I broke something. This time I was carepul. I tightened the big peg then used the fine-tuner, and in time I hit---D.

My open-A was equal to my open-D. Then, 1.7mm by 1.7mm, I hit E, F, F#, G then--whoomp. Back to some indiscernible note. So I tried again. And it happened again. The lack of moisture dries out my viola and makes the holes in the peg box bigger, which makes the peg more prone to slipping. But I kept going, and eventually I got a good-enough A-sounding A string. Cheers!!!

I also got better at my fingering for the two-octave G-major scale. ALSO HAPPY!!!

CAJUN TURKEY AND HAVARTI CHEES WITH DILL ON TOASTED PITA CALLING ME~

ÜBER-HAPPY!!!!!

FOUND 10¢ AT SCHOOL TODAY!!!

REALLY REALLY HAPPY~

Fruit Ninja and Habanero Peppers

So yesterday I went to a party~

Yes. I do have a life and go to the occasional party every now and then...What am I saying???

Eh. Anyway, they had this huge spread of I'm guessing Cambodian style or Cambodian-inspired dishes...Whatever it was, it was DELICIOUS. They knew how to cook. Props to them.

I ate this salad, and I was told it had cabbage, cucumber, carrot, chicken, shrimp, some other meat I didn't catch the name of, and peanuts (if it had walnuts, I might've died). I tried some, and I like it. :) I kept eating it along with some egg rolls, and when I neared the end of it, I ate something spicy.

And not just "spicy" like, "Oh I need some water later or whenever I can get it" or "hmmm, that had a nice little kick to it." It BURNED. I ran to the cooler and downed an entire bottle of water in less than 2 minutes, then opened a second. I kept drinking and then had some bread to cool off my tongue (it buuurrrrrrrrrned!!), and it finally did, a long time later. They didn't tell me--that they also put habanero peppers into that salad.

*sad face*

I stayed away from the salad after that.

Oh! After I ate (mmmm...dessert was Oreo truffles...I'll see if I can findz the site and link to it) I played Fruit Ninja on XBox Kinect with a bunch of random people. It was really fun! I wish I coulda played longer...

Then I woke up and my arms and lackofabs hurt...

Eheheheh...

That's it, I thinkz...

Things to Strive For

Mmyeah, I have a LOT of flaws, and I think I can actually point out a lot of them. Now, we all know it's completely human and normal and natural to be flawed. However, that does not mean that it's okay to leave them be completely, esp. if you're like me and have bazillions of them. (LOL; Blogger spellcheck says "bazillion" is a word...Oh, wait, it is. :D)

SO, what I have decided to do is lay out what I would like myself to do and NOT be. By way of little rules and epigrams. They are likkle sayings I thought of/up/about regarding the things I do in life. Basically, I think that if I keep these various things in mind as I go about my life, I'll make myself better in my eyes.

The [growing] list of my likkle epigrams (bold) and their corresponding explanations/details are/include:

("Things I want for myself")

  • Don't be afraid to be wrong. Mistakes are how you learn.
  • "Feel free to prove me wrong." This is a statement I should have in my head all the time; to me, it means state the thought or opinion you have boldly and openly. Be ready for and open to a challenge to your correctness, and accept it if you are wrong. (See above "epigram")
  • Don't be shy....Just start talking
  • Don't dwell on the unchangeable past and the ever-changing future too long. What's happened has happened, and what will come is too vague to be sure of.
  • Ask myself: What about now? What's happening now?
  • Be productive. Spend every minute building or creating something. Or destroying something.
  • Ask questions. Curiosity is usually helpful; the search for knowledge leads to knowledge. Knowledge is power.
  • Be openminded. Anything is possible. Anything can happen. Don't let the past or present teachings or knowledge create a box for your thinking. Everything is possible.
  • "If it's not constructive criticism, take it as a compliment."
YESH. And it will probably grow as time goes on...

[Random] Journal Entry XVIII

That single icicle is no longer alone!! I found another one on the same tree, but a different branch. I also spied some on other trees...strange, it's cold enough for the world to form icicles without water...

Today, I wrote down cool or funny or just notable stuff down in my assignment book~. Let's look at mine mind today:

  • "'I no scared!'" and "'Bring on it!'" from radio show.
  • "I want...beef, with a rich sauce" --Me, suddenly craving fancy food. I felt like beef or steak or something; as long as it was cow flesh and came smothered in sauce. :)
  • "'...So, is that happy, or sad?'" [Student teacher, asking about how we took here eventual need to leave us... :'( ] ------ "'You're pretty...'" (Classmate; we've had student teacher for....3-4 months?)
  • "This made Cupid's day. Hope it made yours." (Planned thing for a card...)

Now, I wrote stuff in my sketch book---•¶§¢!! We have a math quiz tomorrow...I forgot again.  Not surprising. Meh. Let's see how I do...some crap about similar triangles.

Right. I wrote in my sketchbook when my assignment book was too far or too full:

  • "What's there to be afraid of?" (I'll explain later @ some point; I have more sayings of this meaning...)
  • (Herpe Derp moment:)
  • Moving Violation-- "'I thought it was like if you had a lot of tickets you couldn't leave and go to another state."
  • "Two days is a very short time to do work I don't care about."

LOL. I just remembered that in school someone had posted a paper/flyer with Prof. Oak's face on it; it was one of those "tear-off" flyers, and when I got to it and read, it said:

"WAIT! It's dangerous out there. Take one of these..."

Of course, it being related to Pokémon in a school full of fanatics, all the tear-offs were gone, but I'm assuming they were pokéballs...that would fit the paper best. I think that was frickin' awesomme. Kids in my school are so creative and random; I don't even think it was for a particular club or anything...

A Glance Over the Shoulder--Into the Past

Bobert...Nicky...I miss the old days, back at Old School. I miss hanging out with you guys and doing almost all our projects together. I thought we got pretty close near the end of our years at school...but is this how it truly is? We spent all that time at group tables in school and killed so much time at the library, and yet, 3 months after we graduate, we forget?

Is that how things are? We've known each other for 9+ years, and granted we just became close around 6th-8th, but after we never saw each other again from summer all the way until the new school year, things kind of fell apart, huh? Swapped emails meant nothing, because no one emails anymore. Cell phone calls were awkward, if ever made. I'd wish you guys happy birthdays in turn, but it'd be an obligatory "Thank you" and then an awkward silence in response.

I haven't seen Nicky in...a few years, although for a bit we kept in touch. I haven't seen Bobert in--it'll be a total year next Tuesday. I remember it well; I actually saw you in the library...on February 14th, Valentine's Day.

I know that these new lives, away from the unchanging classmates we'd spent 8 years with, are busy and time-consuming, but if I think back to those days, and the good times we had, and I feel a little sad and left out,

What are you guys thinking?

Probably a Racist and a Very Sad Trooper

I'd come to a realization a while ago, but now I want to get it off my chest:

I'm probably a racist. A completely unintentional one, but a racist nonetheless. I apologize in advance and in hindsight. It's not a severe case of racism, it's just extreme prejudice. And while in the heat of the/a moment I typically won't notice this, I do subconsciously make baseless assumptions and judgements in my head. I'm a very unfair person.

But enough of that serious business; I just wanted to get that out in the open. Onto more lighthearted topics:

[talking about not going into the pantry and seeing paper towels...]
"You haven't been in the closet for...what, two weeks [then]?"
"No, he came out." xD *rimshot*
You know, I think it'd be cool or funny or something if--dang it, I just nearly remembered something I wanted to remember, but then I forgot.

Hmm...I know that I often say "It's only almost eight o'clock." Maybe that was it.

Oh right, I kinda want to try and do a meme from Meme Generator...

OOOOOOO!!! I would TOTALLY get various meme generation widgets...

AQF! This one fits my        college-goer so well...

Random Owl City (recognize the song???):
"Cheer up and dry your damp eyes and tell me when it rains. And I'll blend up that rainbow above you and shoot it through your veins, 'cuz your heart has a lack of color and we should've known that we'd grow up sooner than later, 'cuz we wasted all our free time alone."
LOL. We had to read the Great Gatsby, right? So, here's a vid on YouTube about a Tom Buchanan character analysis:

I should be:
  1. writing that swim abstract/paper--what the heck is this "back crawl"?
  2. reading Mi propio auto--gotta see how Ben turns out
  3. various english blog posts
  4. reminded by "should do" #3, writing comments on various english blogs
  5. update my club
  6. make order forms
  7. erm...
Yea....I really should be doing stuff now...

TO WORK!!!

PS and Misc.:
Mmm..I foundeded a dime today. 10¢ richer!!!

Hope you feel better Micky!!! Seriously, you'd BETTER be happy next time I see you.

Panicky-Panicky...and Why Can't I Remember???

KYAAA~! I just thought of something...My friend, whom I have mentioned at some point earlier on (waaaaaaay back), said something to me today, and looking back another possibility occurred to me...

Ok, so my friend, who I refer to as the person whose name is in a particular brand of honey (~♪), was talking to me earlier today, and he said at one point:

"You changed your profile picture."

I DO believe that is what he said, but in the slim chance that I am/was mistaken, disregard everything as true (or rather, disregard everything as false; what I'm about to go on about may be 100% my craziness). I immediately thought about my email profile, so I said something about it, and somehow came to talk about me emailing said person.

However, I got home, and I thought about anything else I have that might have a "profile picture", and eventually I thought of one other thing...

THIS, my blog!!

O-O

I haz a profile picture on here...and recently--more so than my email picture--I changed it to its current state, mainly because I was bored and its previous blankness made me sad. So, either said friend has me on his email list, or he found my blog...or there's something else out there I have with a picture, OR he wasn't referring to me (altho I could have sworn he was talking to me; Meh. When talking to him you can never be sure~)

Oh, and if my brilliant Sherlock-Holmes-rivaling deductive reasoning and detective skills have indeed deduced the truth, HIIII!!!! Hello to you, friend from school. And you know who you are, if you've read this far. :)

Aaaaaaaahh...My classmate (the one who dared me to try and speak Arabic) whistled REALLY loud when we went to the auditorium today. I've decided I wanna whistle like that, in case I need it or I want to be an annoying jerk. (More so than usual). He has the prettiest handwriting...that I've seen from a guy, at  least.

*time passes; I practice various methods; take flak from mah daddy; who can't whistle with 2 fingers anyway but told me how its done ("ladies don't whistle with two fingers")*

...Yeah, not a Lady. BUT! I got it! Or close to it, anyway; I used my pinkies and got a low whistle, but a whistle nonetheless. I just need to figure it out and get it up to a higher-pitched version. ~

I should really practice my viola...

Oh! I found 11¢ today~

I never remember the catchy cool little things I think up during my day...that, or I forget their relevance. Why is that?

Meh.

A Single Icicle and Me Murdering Languages

Fail of the Day: Murdering Arabic

On the way home, I saw a lonely icicle hanging off a tree branch. By itself. There were no other icicles around in sight...Made me wonder if someone put...something there and it froze. Hmmm....

I do believe I've gotten a bit deaf in my right ear...That, or my left one's gotten so good my right sounds deaf in comparison. Not good, as a teenage girl and musician.

I wanna make feather earrings~

Oh, I just remembered something. Something really, really stupid. Really. It's another food label; I have to scan it in first...

*flounces over to scanner which gives me so much trouble*

...*waits for said contraption to warm up; reads Spanish book*

"¿Qué desayunó Ben?" No sé. No leo ese en el libro todavía.

...I might've messed up that part with da "todavía"...my apologies to anyone whose language I possibly killed.

I murdered Arabic today. This guy in my chem class is an exchange student from Kuwait (so cool~), and I wanted to know how to say his name (he's been here six months)---

DAM*YOUEPSONSCANYUNOWORKRIGHT?!?

ah...here's a meme I generated on memegenerator...

Ayep, ayep. Pretty much portrays my feelings quite accurately.

Huh? Oh right, my classmate from Kuwait. So anyway, for the past six months I've called him the same as everyone else, "Michelle", but I wondered if that wasn't the correct way to say it, us being Americans and all and never adapting or trying to adapt to others' languages. Apparently, it's kinda pronounced "Me-shAl", but when I tried to say it, he just shook his head and said No. Then we got to a point of trying and FAILURE where he said he was gonna give me 4 letters and he dared me to pronounce them. It was Arabic; and of course I failed miserably.

*dies*

YESS!!! Epson works now at the moment!

...Mmmkay, so I had to man my club's table today during lunch, and I was the only one, so I couldn't eat lunch (not that school lunch is all that tasty). So I starved and was ready to eat ANYTHING by the time my last class ended. My friend gave me a Ritz® Crackerful or something, which I readily devoured in 2 seconds.

Then I looked at the wrapper, and you know what it said?

Crackerfuls
Four Cheese
Natural Flavor with Other Natural Flavors

What. The. Bloody. Helk. What was that?! Whatever it was, I ate it, and it was "natural flavor with other natural flavors." I've had stuff that's "lemon flavored" or is "mint" with "other natural flavors", but seeing that wrapper just made me afraid of what the heck I just ate. Of course, I then flipped over the wrapper and saw the 2" x 1-1/2" block of 6pt font that was the ingredients.

Joy. This is what we've come to, America. Natural flavors with other natural flavors, imitation crab that's actually fish, and imitation cheese whose most plentiful ingredient is WATER. Good job, food manufacturers.

Random: I have this guitar pick, and I found a cool paper clip today, so I put them together to make something that looks a little like fire when you hold it to the light. *Excited*

Okay; I think I'm done; I'm getting tired and I still have to draw stuff for a poster~

Origami Bar Envelope

RANDOM THING: I got these directions on how to make origami envelopes, and I think it's really cute~!

Instructions: Origami Fun!

Being UnAmerican? I Ain't Watching the SuperBowl!!

OAO OMIFRICKINGAWD CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S A NINJA!!!

LOL. I just saw the SuperBowl commercial (best commercials in the world) for "The Voice." Funny stuff.

What's Madonna doing still singing...? Meh. O well. She looked fine. I liked her outfit, but I think that she's kinda clinging to stardom here...

Hahaha. Watching SuperBowl-ish while doing a project. What sucks is that I'm missing Once Upon A Time. *tears*

Ahhh...this is why I hate extremely dislike group projects. I hate relying on people, even though that's kinda necessary for me to live life comfortably/successfully. With projects, there's no guarantee that everyone works as hard as you or harder than you, or that they'll do their absolute best to do things in a timely fashion or um, yeah. Stuff like that. If you end up with partners that kinda delay, you get to be stuck like me: waiting when I could be doing something else. Something fun.

Hold on; Imma call this girl...

*GROAN*

Me: They're never there when you need them.
Mom: Who?
Me: People.

That just happened...wait for it...1 minute ago. CharChar, why don't you pick up?!? I do NOT want to spend the rest of my night working on this.

Mmmm...Mommy's making me a Reuben sandwich...man. Whoever threw that thing together was awesome. *drool*

I wanna deviantArt. I'm just afraid people will steal my stuffs. So, I've resolved that, when I get one, I'll draw stuff just for dA that I won't care too insanely much if some jerk steals it without crediting me. :P

I finished my reuben sammich in...5-7 minutes? Not too hard, 'cuz once you pick it up it starts leaking sauce and it'll get soggy if you put it down or wait too long. OMNOMNOMNOM.

Eh. I'm gonna go do something fun; play a game or read or watch anime, which I haven't found time to do in a LONG time. Only problem is, I don't know if I should watch or play...hmmm...I think that if I watch I'll get too into the shows; start watching consecutive episodes and go to bed late again...

OH ¶•§¢!!! I'M SUPPOSED TO BE DRAWING AND COLORING STUFF FOR MANGAKA!!

Decision has been made. :)

"Meh" on the project; I did my part (more than my part)

Random Anecdote From My Life I

Flashback:

Kev: [while on floor, pinned by Syd's weight, looks over at me]: So, MYNAME, how was your Friday?

Me: [squatting down to get closer]: Fine, thanks.

Kev: Ah, that's good.

Me: (...) We made pizza, and almost no one was there, so there was more for us; it was fun. ... And you? How was your Friday, Kevin?

Kev: Eh...It was good. I didn't have to go to school, because we had to go to the theatre...(...)

LOL. Keep in mind that Kevin was lying on the ground with Syd sitting on him the entire time, and he was just making normal conversation. *whistles*

Attention Please! Tengo un anuncio~

Hmmmerrrrrrr.....

Notice anything??

Well.

I got my Parashi banners back up!! 8D

*Does happy dance*

IDK how it happened; I was fiddling around with the widget the day of that post, but then I gave up for whatever reason.

Then I came back to make my next post, and there was Ryuu and Blitzen!! KYAAAA~!

I'm so happy; I wants ta find más banderas para mi blog. And then paste them everywhere~

I also want to draw a picture I can use for the background, but...yeah. Not happening any time soon.

(LOL *Flashback*)

[You'll have to either check out my Narratives section or click here to see what I found so funny.]

Oh yeah. I'm doing a project (yes, the same one as mentioned in "Long Time No BLOG"). And I'm gonna change my username for a bit for added authenticity.

I'm gonna be a guy named Nick. :)

Just for about a week or so. So, if I post as Nick So-and-so, do not be alarmed.

(Note: I doubt I have any regular visitors, so I'm mainly addressing my self here; in case I come back and freak out about my username)

I'll Have to Work Eventually!!

Long Time No BLOG

Lessee....lessee....

I feel like I haven't blogged (on this blog) for ages...

*checks blog post* OOOOOOO. A whole week. It's been years.

Anyhow, what do I say first? Ah! I've got it. I found 10¢ today at school.

...and SO found $40. Legit. I kid you not. I saw it at around the same time, but he was already out of the turnstile and beat me to it. It looked like just a 20 at first, but then he opened it...and there was another one!!

Today was the first Saturday practice for out dance show. It was fun, even if halfway through I started starving. Thank you James and Adam for sharing with me!!

I learnt...nothing much. Kent (or was it Kenneth? Nah. 'Twas Kent. I think.) told me how to do a Fountain, and I'd worked on it ever since. I think I go tit, but it's sloppy as heck.

I also had K-Pop today; luckily it was right across the way from Glowsticks, so I just ran across when necessary. :)

I don't even remember the past few days all that well...at least, nothing big or major.

Hmmm...

Have we gone over my third instance of losing my glove? Yes? Well. We started swimming Tuesday, and I lost...my swim cap. Tuesday.

One day after I got it. Bloody brilliant.

I also (on Thursday) lost my awesome necklace my sister got me...It was a silver claw grasping a red ball...

*le SOB*

I really liked that one. I think I took it off when I changed, but I thought I put it in my bag...then I came home and it wasn't there. Thieving jerkwads.

I'd understand taking a swim cap; I was totally okay with that. I mean, hey, "I lost my swim cap...Oh, look! There's one in the Locker room; how convenient...I'll just take it and say it's mine." That is COMPLETELY REASONABLE. However, it is NOT okay to take randomly found jewelry and claim it as your own without a fair search and trial first.

And WiggleMan (his new/just-made-it-up codename) did not help at ALL. I know that we (him and Mr. F and their classes) talked about not bringing jewelry to the lockers, but helk, I forgot, and I'm pretty sure I put that sucker in a bag. You know what he did? I asked him, "Excuse me, but did--"

At that point, he had already glanced over me and started shaking his head.

"--anyone happen to turn in--"

Continued shaking of head, so you KNOW the loser's not listening.

"--a necklace?"

Kept on shaking. GOSH. I got it, Jerkwad. You didn't even hear me out. I never heard his voice once.

I'd given up hope looking for it, but for a while I was sad. I mean, Sis got it for me, after I wanted it who-knows-how-long-ago. And it's from the Renaissance Fair somewhere. I don't know where to get another one (hmm, the Renaissance Fair, perhaps?).

I ain't gon' tell anybody, 'cuz there's no point.

You ever wonder about that? When something happens again or it's not all that much of a big deal, and you know what someone's gonna say when they're told about it, why bother bringing up the topic at all? No point in mentioning my lost necklace; I'd just get some disapproving speech about how the heck did I lose it, I've been losing a lot of stuff lately, etc.

I'm never bringing anything nice to the locker room ever. Again. If my peers are gonna be losers and take anything and everything they find.

.....Oooo~ I should REALLY be working on this one project due Monday...*groans*

But I may not continue tonight...

*Ends current post*
