A++ (Naruto spoiler alert)

The first thing I have to say is:
OMG MADARA SUMMONED A FRICKIN' METEORA!!
Yeaaaa....just got caught up on my Naruto manga, and it. Was. EPIC. Not nearly as epic as it would have been if they made longer excerpts...say, 20 legit pages, NOT ads and fanart? But, wow...who woulda guessed Kabuto's trump card was...? Man. The things he does...I wonder who he's under (I love this whole "always another mastermind" plot going on.

Anyway, back to by delayed reports on my daily life:

Hmmm...I smell like glowsticks. I just got them yesterday after finally bringing my string to the club, and now I have glowsticks to practice with wherever, whenever. Yay! Now, if only I could stop hitting myself...

Um, the quote of the day...don't really have one. animated smileys embarrassed 6 Oh! What's this written in my planner...? This'll do. It relates to my water bottle...:
"It's reflecting on the bottom of the surface on top of the water."
Yeah. I'll just say that water is magical. Especially when it's reflecting...itself.

No word; just bird.

BUT! I got an A++ on a chem assignment today. Mr. B told us that we were to put together these puzzles, and we'd get an A for it if we finished by class-end. It was 2 people to a group. The catch: we were matching up chemical formulas and compound names. Like, P4O7 being Tetraphosphorus Heptoxide. Except we even got into polyatomic ions, like (Cr2O7)3. Yep. Good times. You know how I just said it was 2 to a group? Yeah, well, the girl who woulda been my partner wasn't there today, and everyone was good. So, not responding to my question ("Can I work in a group of 3?"), Mr. B returns to his desk, leaving me. SO, I did it all by myself. I felt nerdy, saying how much fun it was and how I liked it. But I did; I welcomed the challenge.

I finished, like 2nd or 3rd. And everyone else had 2 people, mind you. So I shot my arm into the air and yelled "Mr. B[...], I finished!" like the earlier group(s), and he came over, and he said "A++!" and there were gasps of disbelief and some "WHAT?!?!!"s going on. Then he explained how I finished working by myself...etc, etc. I think that's another reason why I should be in Honors...

My water bottle. I've had it since the second grade, and--given all the Hell and chaos I've put it through--I thought it to be indestructible. Sure, it has more than its fair share of battle scars, but it never cracked. Until today. After I slung my backpack over my shoulder, my water bottle-not securely in its pocket, flew out and landed on the ground. Knowing firsthand that this thing had gone through worse, I went and picked it up--to find water on the tightly closed bottle, and a crack from which it came. *SOB* 7+ years of service (it even went with me to camp), and my beloved water bottle is cracked. Now I need a new one, and everyone knows that they just don't make 'em like they used to...

We took a geometry quiz yesterday, and out of a possible 100 points...I got 110!!!! YEAAAAAAAAAH!!! I got all of them problemas correct!! And I'm still #2 in the class. You know what #2 is??? And it only gets worse, b/c I forgot to turn in the front page of my HW since I did it separately--5 and 6 and half of 7 in school, the rest @ home. And he wouldn't accept it...even though it was only 2 periods later. This is what extra credit is for, but it'll set me back on the fight for numero uno in the class...O well.

I also took that map quiz I kinda told you about yesterday. I feel confident, but I felt like the wordbank was a cheat-cheat. I mean, I automatically memorized those countries and gulfs from doing the assignment(s), and he gives us a list of the things we needed to name. Where the crap is the Suez Canal? Heck, I put it next to what I assumed was the Gulf of Suez (the map was tiny). And the Aral Sea? Not there, so I circled the general area where it should have been. Bahrain? Got it covered. I also think I had an allergic reaction to a CARROT STICK. Seriously. I'm so ashamed.

Then I had pastry club, and we made nougat ice cream. Too bad our group didn't whisk it till it was stiff, in the president's words; we had ice cream soup instead, which was just as good. And a certain someone made it hilarious to be there (not YOU, SO; you always make it fun. They made it more so.). I shan't say any names, but let us say their name is in a brand of honey and whistle in their general direction (or think thoughts toward them).

Umm. yeah. Too lazy to put much effort into this, so...the bare essentials. I was Ms. Lost-and-Found again, and I think this is how it somewhat went (I forgot):
I had lost my ID on the day before, and I looked for it in Little Theater, where I found it, sitting in a seat. No Pass. TAKE THAT, JoLT!!! OMAE NO USOTSUKI!!! Overjoyed (I was then able to eat lunch), I was disappointed again when I realized that I had lost my ring. It cost me $11 in Nevada. Darn. "This is why you don't bring expensive things to school," says she (SO). I used that awesome brain I was given as a gift and remembered/felt: I did indeed put it on in the morning; I went to my room specifically for that. However, I did not remember having it in any of my earlier classes (O.o I had P.E. outside...), and I recalled throwing my ring into the car seat at some point. It could have been that day, it coulda been the day before. So, once I got home I got the keys and went to the car and found the ring, where my mind said it's be. Cheers!
Oh, as such (finding my ID), I did not have to pay $5 to get a new one.

Ummm...can't really remember. Nothing to report.

Quote of the day: "I'm American, man! It's 'ro-MA-ji'!"

Yeah, that was me, telling my Japanese-speaking classmate off (not really) about how I was American, and therefore spoke English with an American accent and pronunciation, and how romaji was "roMAji" to me.

What else...CHANGE COUNTER!!

After PE, before I left the locker room, I checked my locker to see if I had left anything in there (not wanting to be Ms. Lost-and-Found for a 3rd/4th time). I spotted a coin in the back corner of the shelf and proceeded to retrieve it. Upon looking into the locker, I found another coin. 2 nickels. Turning to my classmate, I told them I had found 10¢. Looking down, I spotted a quarter. That's 25¢. So, yeah, I found 35¢ in the gym locker room. Sweet.

Today (that day) I am (was): 35¢ richer

Yeah. Other than that and the fact that I'm one picture away from finishing my sketchbook, I'm done here. My eyes hurt, and I still have some homework to do soo...Toodles!

Listening to: nada.
Currently plotting: how to kill off most of my HW.
Trying to finish: that manga project I wanna do for Lit...after I start it.
