A Brief Chat About Phones and Various Other Business

Phone calls are a curious business. Women and young females are even more so, but that we cannot discuss.

Female humans tend to talk for hours on end on phones, and I just can't understand it. They talk about the most irrelevant things too, and jump form topic to topic in a matter of seconds. Then they forget what the devil they were talking about in the first place and continue on.

WHY? I don't get it. Maybe because I'm not a phone person. I've had a feeling of discomfort whenever I have to talk to someone on the phone, regardless of who it is. Maybe it's the fact that I'm not face to face, and that some phrases or words can have different meanings when you don't have a face to read. I...don't like phones. They are awkward to use for me, and no one talks on them now, anyway. That's another thing. Everyone texts now. Nobody calls or emails; it's too much time and effort to go through just to communicate. But even emailing or calling is better than actually talking face to face. That's how it is, huh?

I have a phone, but nobody calls me. To some I guess that might sound lonely, but to me it's A) less uncomfortable conversations for me, and B) less minutes to burn. I only call people when I need to tell them something that's important right now...or not so much. I don't know. It's hard to start a convo, but once that other person is on the line, I find it hard to hang up. But on that note there's always an awkward silence...

Hehehe. On my other blog I got to talk about the "American Dream" today. Yay. Got to complain about lazy Americans and "easy come easy go" and people who waste the money they're lucky to get.

...My math homework is skuh-rewed. I was able to do...2-3 (at best) out of the five problems...
